When its #wittermanseason, we have to bring him in to do some bourbon tasting, and we tried several hard-to-find whiskeys with him and had a great time! We started off with Resilient 15 year Bourbon, and we all really enjoyed this one. Per the usual, we look at five different categories in our own terms: Bottle, Appearance, Smell, Value, and Taste.
