Cocktail Review: Pub Frato Barrel Infused Bulleit Rye

Pub Frato Gastropub - Concord Twp, OH - Bulleit Rye Whiskey

Pub Frato has been named Best Gastropub in Cleveland 2 years in a row by Cleveland Magazine and the Arthritis Foundation's Silver Spoon Awards.

"This is really good... I might add a Luxardo cherry or an orange peel to this. But I also love the simplicity of this."

“I'm really terrible with these bitters... Agna, anga, naggonawork here anymore!“

Another live event at Pub Frato Gastropub, and another AMAZING cocktail to try out! This week we were fortunate enough to taste some Bulleit Rye that has been barrel aged with maple & agnostura bitters! This was a perfectly simple cocktail for a cold, rainy evening! Sweet, spicy, and delicious! Plus, we were at our favorite pub talking dad stuff so the atmosphere was perfect! This was more difficult to review, but we looked at four different categories in our own terms: Appearance, Nose, Value, and Taste.
